Meet The Team
- Managing DirectorKieren grew up around the industry and is the 3rd generation of his family to be involved in kiwifruit. Starting Brix Group in 2018, after graduating with a bachelor of design and innovation, becoming a business owner was always a given. With a strong emphasis on innovation, he's always cooking up new ideas, whether it be on orchard, in the workshop, or in design software.
Luke Aldersley
General ManagerLuke is the general manager of Brix Group and was employee No. 1 when Kieren started the company. Luke has been instrumental in helping build Brix Group into the company it is today. Luke runs the day to day operations and oversees jobs from start to finish while liaising with clients directly and managing the teams on site.on orchard, in the workshop, or in design software.
